Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using any services provided by Toujan L.L.C-FZ ("Toujan," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including the My-Auto platform and related applications, you ("User," "Dealer," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

3.1 Eligibility

• Be a legally registered business (for dealer accounts)
• Have a valid UAE trade license (for UAE dealers)
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be authorized to bind your organization
• Provide accurate registration information

3.2 Account Security

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• All activities occurring under your account
• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access
• Ensuring account information remains accurate

4.1 Permitted Use

• Managing automotive dealership operations
• Listing and selling vehicles
• Communicating with potential vehicle buyers
• Managing customer relationships for vehicle sales
• Providing automotive-related services
• Generating business reports and analytics

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• ✕Marketing non-automotive products or services
• ✕Promoting unrelated businesses (real estate, retail, crypto, etc.)
• ✕Sending unsolicited marketing for third parties
• ✕Posting false or misleading vehicle information
• ✕Using stolen, fake, or unauthorized images
• ✕Sharing customer data with unauthorized third parties
• ✕Selling or transferring leads to others
• ✕Reverse engineering or copying the platform
• ✕Money laundering or fraudulent transactions
• ✕Listing stolen vehicles
• ✕Any activity violating UAE or applicable law

5.1 General

• You must comply with each platform's terms of service
• You are responsible for your content and activities on those platforms
• Toujan is not responsible for third-party platform changes or outages
• Integration features may change based on platform availability

5.2 TikTok Integration

Our platform integrates with TikTok's Content Posting API to allow dealers to post vehicle photos and videos directly to their TikTok accounts. When using the TikTok integration:

• Content must comply with TikTok Community Guidelines
• Only automotive-related photos and videos may be posted
• All posts are published directly to your TikTok account with your authorization
• You retain full ownership of content posted through our platform to TikTok; such content is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service
• You may disconnect TikTok at any time from the Integrations settings page
• Upon disconnection, we revoke your TikTok access tokens and cease all posting activity

5.3 WhatsApp Business Usage

• Only contact customers who have opted-in
• Respect opt-out requests immediately
• Use only for automotive business communication
• Comply with WhatsApp Business Policy

5.4 Meta Platforms Usage

• Content must comply with Meta Community Standards
• Only post automotive-related content
• Do not mislead users about vehicle details

• Only contact customers about their vehicle inquiries
• Respond professionally and courteously
• Respect customer communication preferences
• Honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests
• Do not contact customers at unreasonable hours

• Only display automotive inventory and services
• Contain accurate and truthful information
• Not redirect to unrelated businesses
• Not contain malware or malicious code
• Comply with all applicable laws

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected
• Prices are in AED unless otherwise specified
• VAT is applied as per UAE regulations
• Payment is due at the start of each billing period
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are not provided for partial periods
• We may change prices with 30 days notice

The following are exclusively owned by Toujan:

• My-Auto platform software and source code
• Website templates and designs
• Toujan and My-Auto brands, logos, and trademarks
• Documentation and training materials
• APIs and technical specifications

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

• We target 99.9% platform availability
• Scheduled maintenance announced in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

• ✕Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• ✕Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• ✕Data loss beyond reasonable restoration efforts
• ✕Service interruptions or downtime
• ✕Third-party platform changes or outages

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Toujan harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service
• Your content or vehicle listings
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws

14.1 By You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
• No refunds for unused portions

14.2 By Toujan

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• ✕Violate these Terms and Conditions
• ✕Engage in prohibited activities
• ✕Fail to pay subscription fees
• ✕Use platform for fraud or illegal activities
• ✕Damage Toujan's or My-Auto's reputation

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE

Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting hello@toujan.com

• We may modify these Terms at any time
• Material changes notified 30 days in advance
• Continued use constitutes acceptance

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement
• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
• Neither party liable for delays due to force majeure
